2. Scope of services
The Provider delivers in-person podology, diagnostic, orthopaedic, and aesthetic services according to the list and prices on the website. The Client accepts and pays for the agreed services.
Studio services do not replace medical diagnosis or treatment. Where there are signs of disease, contraindications, or a safety risk, the specialist may recommend medical advice and postpone or stop the procedure.
3. Booking and formation of the agreement
- a request may be submitted through lutsai.kiev.ua, Appointer.ua, by telephone, or at the Studio;
- the thank-you page confirms receipt of a request, not automatic confirmation of the appointment time;
- the administrator may contact the Client to clarify the service, time, or a condition affecting procedure safety;
- the agreement is formed when the Provider confirms the booking; additional work is agreed separately with the Client.
4. Prices and payment
Website prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias and are indicative for the corresponding scope. The specialist determines the final scope, duration, and price after inspection and informs the Client before the procedure starts.
Additional procedures or a change of scope require the Client’s prior price approval. Payment is made at the Studio after service using an available on-site method. The website does not accept online payments or store bank card details.
5. Rescheduling, cancellation, and lateness
To reschedule or cancel, the Client should notify the Studio at +380 63 570-50-53 as early as possible. If the Client is late, the procedure may be shortened or moved where full delivery would affect later appointments or safety.
The Provider may move an appointment because of specialist illness, technical circumstances, an air-raid alert, unsafe conditions, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control and will offer another time.
6. Provider rights and duties
- deliver the agreed service professionally and follow applicable hygiene and safety requirements;
- before starting, explain the procedure, known price, limitations, and aftercare recommendations;
- change the plan or add procedures only with the Client’s agreement;
- refuse or stop a procedure because of contraindications, risk of harm, aggressive behaviour, intoxication, or withheld material health information.
7. Client rights and duties
- before the procedure, accurately disclose allergies, diabetes, circulation disorders, infections, anticoagulant use, and other facts relevant to safety;
- arrive at the agreed time, follow reasonable recommendations, and immediately report pain or discomfort;
- receive clear information about the procedure and its agreed price;
- decline the service before it begins or decline additional procedures that were not agreed.
8. Results, warranties, and liability
Results depend on individual condition, related factors, and compliance with recommendations. The Provider does not guarantee a specific medical or aesthetic outcome but is responsible for professionally delivering the agreed service.
The Provider is not liable for consequences of inaccurate or withheld information, failure to follow recommendations, self-treatment, or third-party actions. Neither party is liable for non-performance caused by force majeure while it continues.
9. Minors, images, and personal data
Services for minors are provided with the participation or verified consent of a legal representative where required by law and safety rules.
Photographs or videos for advertising, education, or publication are used only with separate voluntary consent. A booking is not publication consent. Personal data is processed under the Privacy Policy published at lutsai.kiev.ua.
