This Policy explains what personal data LUTSAI — Kyiv Podology Studio collects and processes through lutsai.kiev.ua, why it is used, and what rights users have.
1. General provisions
The data controller is School Lutsai Limited Liability Company, Ukrainian company code 43409386, address: 14 Yuriia Popravky Street, Kyiv, 02094, Ukraine. “We”, “Studio”, and “Provider” refer to that legal entity.
Processing follows the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection and other applicable rules. By using the website or submitting a booking form, the user confirms that they have read this Policy.
2. Data we collect
We collect only data required for bookings, communication, safe service delivery, and analytics.
- first and last name, telephone number, and email if provided;
- selected service, booking date and time, and comments;
- information voluntarily disclosed to the specialist for a safe procedure;
- technical data such as IP address, device, browser, actions, cookies, UTM tags, and advertising identifiers, subject to consent where required;
- the fact, date, time, and price of a delivered service.
The website does not accept online payments or collect bank card details.
3. Purposes and legal grounds
- creating, confirming, changing, or cancelling bookings;
- client communication, reminders, and responses to enquiries;
- providing podology and aesthetic services and meeting safety requirements;
- performing the agreement and complying with legal, accounting, and tax duties;
- protecting the Studio and clients and measuring the website and advertising based on consent.
4. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell data. To the extent necessary, it may be processed by:
- Appointer.ua for online booking, scheduling, and communication;
- Google Workspace, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script for receiving and recording requests;
- Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel for analytics and advertising only after consent;
- hosting and technical providers, accountants, and advisers;
- public authorities where required by law.
Some providers may process data outside Ukraine using safeguards required by applicable rules.
5. Cookies and advertising technologies
Essential technologies support website operation. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and TikTok Pixel are activated only after user consent.
Users may reject them or delete cookies and local data in browser settings. Rejection does not prevent browsing or booking.
The consent-choice cookie is retained for up to 180 days. First-party attribution cookies retain the first and last advertising source (UTM tags and advertising identifiers) for up to 90 days so a booking can be associated with its source. These cookies do not themselves activate third-party advertising pixels.
6. Retention and security
Data is kept only as long as needed for bookings, services, legal duties, and legitimate claims. Statutory retention periods apply where required.
We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method guarantees absolute security.
7. User rights
- access information and personal data;
- request correction, deletion, or restriction where permitted by law;
- withdraw consent for future processing and object to processing;
- complain to the competent authority.

8. Health information, photographs, and video
Information about feet, nails, contraindications, and recommendations is processed only for safe service delivery.
Photographs or video for advertising, education, or publication are used only with separate voluntary consent. A booking does not constitute publication consent.

A new version takes effect when published on lutsai.kiev.ua.
